When thinking about your big idea the starting point should really be your why. Too often we dive straight into building solutions rather than thinking about why we’re doing this in the first place.
- What’s driving this big idea?
- Who’s needs are we serving?
- What’s led us to this point?
If a paycheck is just a means to an end, how do you know when you’ve reached it? Is it after five years? 10? Or when you finally make a down payment on a house? The more material possessions you acquire -- a car, a house, that timeshare in Vermont -- the more that steady, safe paycheck becomes a crutch.
